2013 Volunteer Trip Sneak Peak

As we’re master planning away to create the coolest Volunteer Trips with Kids Play International possible, we figure it’s only fair that we give you a sneak peek. With overwhelming response for ways to get involved, we are now offering three opportunities to experience KPI in Africa.

Mark your calendars, here are the dates for the upcoming 2013 Volunteer Trips:

RWANDA | May 24 – June 3, 2013 | $1799 (plus airfare)  (led by 4-time Olympian, Cameron Myler)

Come Travel with a Purpose and experience a trip of a lifetime.  On this 11-day adventure we’ll be sharing our love of sports and active play with Rwandan children by volunteering at local schools and at Kids Play’s Let’s Play! Community Program.  We will also enjoy gorilla trekking through the Volcanoes National Park and immersing ourselves in Rwanda’s vibrant culture.

RWANDA | July 19 – 29, 2013 | $1799 (plus airfare)

The Kids Play International Yoga Volunteer Trip is the ideal opportunity to take your yoga practice off the mat! On this 12-day adventure we’ll be sharing our love of sports with Rwandan children by volunteering with KPI’s Let’s Play! Community Program, gorilla trekking through the Volcanoes National Park, immersing ourselves in Rwanda’s vibrant culture, practicing yoga under the bright Rwandan sky, and that’s just the tip of the mountain top.

Led by Olympic Silver Medalist, KPI Athlete Ambassador and Certified Fitness Instructor, Jaime Komer, each day will bring its share of new experiences and adventures. When you decide to travel with a purpose with KPI, you’re in for a trip of a lifetime. Get ready to be inspired!

 CRUISING FOR A CAUSE – CARIBBEAN | Sept. 14-22, 2013| Starting at only $998    

This Royal Caribbean cruise will be hitting up some of our favorite islands, including Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Haiti, plus a stop in the beautiful Cozumel, Mexico.

This is also your chance to hang with several Olympians who will be there on behalf of Kids Play and meet Tracy Evans, 3 x Olympian and the Founder of this phenomenal foundation.  You’ll also have the opportunity for a new and memorable experience as we visit an orphanage during our time in Jamaica. Experience first hand the passion and purpose behind Kids Play International.

Come volunteer and travel to Cambodia with Kids Play Int’l and experience an active, hands-on humanitarian trip that uses sports to educate, inform and play with children of all ages at local  orphanages and schools nearby.   Additionally, you will explore the many famous temples and encounter the beautiful people, countryside, native villages and much more!
